Tags

A tag is a lightweight label — #ideas, #meetings, #read-later. Unlike a notebook, a note can carry many tags, so the same note can be found under several angles.

Add a tag

Open a note’s menu (or the tag picker) and choose or create a tag. The same tag can be applied to notes across any notebook.

Colour-code tags

Give each tag a colour so it’s recognisable at a glance in the note list and the left rail. Choose from a palette in the tag settings.

Deleting tags

Deleting a tag soft-deletes it — it stops showing up, but your history is preserved and it can be restored.
